Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Chemcorp Pty Ltd or its related body corporates or affiliates be liable to you (or any third party making claims through you) for any loss or damage whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, unauthorised access to and tampering with your personal information or transmissions arising out of or related to access to or use, inability to use, unauthorised use, performance or non-performance of any content of the Site or the content of any website or websites "hot-linked" to the Site or any computer-related damages due to downloading materials, typographical errors and/or omissions. Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia without regard to conflict of laws principle and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in that State. If any provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of a term of this agreement by Chemcorp Pty Ltd will constitute a waiver of the rights of Chemcorp Pty Ltd arising from that or any other breach. This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreement.
